JV Football Meeting:  Any freshman interested in playing JV football next year please come to a mandatory meeting TODAY at lunch in room 1461. See Coach Karlo if you have any questions.

 

Seniors - If you ordered graduation announcements from San Diego Graduate Supply, the announcements will be distributed on Friday, April 20thduring lunch outside of the Main Office. Please make sure you pick yours up at this time. You must have a picture ID to pick them up.  Any announcements not picked at this time will be returned to San Diego Graduate Supply for pick up at their office.

 

Seniors!  Please review our Scholarship Directory for our Grossmont Educational Foundation Scholarships.  The deadline is May 1st.

 

The Princess Project San Diego:  This is the last week to get a free prom dress.    For more information and to make an appointment for April 18th, 20th or 21st, visithttp://www.princessprojectsd.org/.  Their Horton Plaza location has almost 3,000 dresses still available!  Saturday afternoon (12–5 p.m.) is a Walk-In day at their Horton Plaza store but the online waiver will still need to be filled out.  

 

Foothillers! Tomorrow is the second day of CAASPP testing. We will again be on a modified-day bell schedule.

Juniors: Don’t forget to arrive promptly at 7:15.  Bring your charged Chromebook and something to work on after you finish your test.

GHS Girls:  Would you like to become more powerful and confident in the face of fear?  The Girls Rock Club invites you to join us on a fieldtrip to the Fearless Girls Empowerment Conference at the Pendry Hotel downtown on Saturday, April 21st, hosted by Geena the Latina from Channel 93.3.  This free event includes breakfast, lunch, workshops, giveaways, entertainment and inspirational speakers. Space is limited. Pick up a flyer and permission slip in the counseling office today!
