New News:

Happy Halloween Hillers!  If you’re rocking the best costume, come on down to the Blue Stage today at lunch for a costume contest with special guest judges! The winners will get to Trick or Treat themselves with prizes! Just remember to keep your costume school appropriate, with no masks, replicas of weapons, or hats. Can’t wait to see you all there for some un-BOO- lievable fun!

Attention All Students Trying Out for Winter Sports:  Any student interested in participating in winter  sports must be cleared prior to the November 11 start date.  All students must have a current physical with a doctor’s stamp.

All girls interested in playing soccer:  There will be a meeting at lunch on Thursday in Ms. Long's room, 805. We will go over last minute details. Try-outs start November 11th. See you there.

Fall Musical Production:  Come see the outrageously fun musical “Xanadu,” opening this Thursday and running November 2, 3, and 4 and next week, November 8, 9, 10, 11 at 7:00pm. TIckets are $8 with an ASB sticker and $10 without. Don't miss this musical extravaganza!

Yearbook Giveaway, Really!  Stop by the Museum Wednesday, November 1st, from 12-3:30  to pick up a yearbook for free!  2001, 2008, 2012,2013, 2015, 2016 are available.  There are a limited numbers of 2001 and 2008.

French Week:  French Week will be celebrated at GHS campus this year from November 1st to 7th.  Take advantage of this week to learn about France and French speaking countries as GHS French students engage in fun activities to promote French at our school.

Hey Hillers!  Please donate to the toiletry drive to support Domestic Violence victims. All of the donations go straight to the victims to empower the women in our community. The period four class with the most donations wins a donut party!  The drive ends this Thursday.

Are you feeling stressed, worried or tense from your upcoming exams, the holiday season, or just life in general?  Come to the GRC on November 2nd at 3:00PM to learn way to manage stress through breathing, awareness, and healthy movement.  We will meet weekly on Thursdays to get you through the semester feeling strong, calm, and happy! Details in the GRC.
