Hey Foothillers! The vocal music department dessert show is this Monday, May 21st at 7:00pm at Faith Chapel. Tickets are $8.00 for students, or $15.00 including cheesecake. This year's theme is decades and you don't want to miss out!

Summer School 2018! We have a question for you, Foothillers! Will you be going to Summer School this year? If you need to make up a failing grade in a class needed for graduation or want to make up a D grade, the answer is yes! Pick up a summer school application in the counseling office today. You can also find it on our school website. Be aware that summer school will be held at West Hills High School this summer, June 11th to June 29th, from 7:30 am to 12:15 pm.

Get moving. Light exercise 3 days a week improves happiness and work productivity.
Go outside. 20 minutes of sunlight can help your mood, concentration and sleep.
Get together with friends and family. Studies suggest that social support help you deal with stress and may even help you live longer.
Play games. Keeping your mind active by doing things like playing new games can help alleviate depression, especially as we age.
